Kyle and Tiffany…a wedding story

The days, weeks, and months before a wedding are always stressful for those involved, but when the big day finally comes it seems to fly by. Kyle and Tiffany are a very fun couple who are very much in love. I took their engagement pictures a couple months ago and was so excited to photograph their big day. The wedding was beautiful, full of fun, and most of all full of love. You could feel the love that Kyle and Tiffany have for eachother and the love from their family and friends. The wedding was held at the home of the bride’s grandparents in a park-like garden setting that was absolutely beautiful. I had so much fun! Garden Baby Fashion Show

Friday afternoon Courtney Brown of Garden Baby Boutique had her third annual fashion show at the waterfront. She had a combination of clothing that she has made and a new line of clothing that she carries in her store for kids from birth to size 6. All of the kids and outfits were SO cute! Courtney also had representatives from La Leche League, MOMS Club of Port Orchard, Stroller Strides, and Poplar Heights Birth and Wellness Center. Everyone had a great time!  Here are a few of the beautiful kids who were in the fashion show. I wish that I could post them all here as they were all so cute! This is a small sampling of my photos from the event.

The clothes are beautiful, but the costumes were a hit with kids big and small!

Tiffany and Kyle Engagement Pictures

Tiffany and Kyle are an extremely fun couple that I had the pleasure of taking pictures for over in Seattle. We went to a couple of parks, walked around, talked, and took a few photos as well. They are so comfortable with eachother and very comfortable to be around. I can’t wait until I get to take pictures at their wedding!!! I am very excited 🙂 Normally I only show about 3 photos in a sneak peek, but I couldn’t narrow them down so here are five. I haven’t even looked at all of the photos yet.

Tiffany and Kyle love playing so we found some swings to use. I also used my new fisheye lens for this which was a lot of fun!

It worked out well that the light was beautiful in the location where Kyle proposed 🙂

H’s Baptism Photos…sneak peek

Yesterday I took portraits of a beautiful girl who will be turning 8 soon and will be getting baptized. We headed out to the park on what turned out to be a perfect day for pictures. H was so pretty in her dress even though she prefers jeans and T-shirts. I had a great time and I hope you did as well. Here is a peek at a few of your pictures 🙂 I hope that you like them!

 

Rock On! MusiCares Benefit Concert

On Friday May 9th I had the privilege of photographing White Sox as they played a benefit concert for MusiCares at the Main Stage Comedy and Music Club in Seattle, WA. The music was amazing and the money raised went to a good cause 🙂 Band members included Jeff Scott Soto, Spike Edney, Alan White, Jamie Moses, and Bernt Bodal. They had a lot of special guests as well including Randy Hansen, Tracy Allen Moore, Shelley Tomberg, Aury Moore, Julie Mains, and more 🙂 The show was amazing!!! Thanks guys!

 

 

 

 

One big sis + Twin newborn girls= lots of fun!

Today I had the pleasure of photographing my good friend’s girls. All three are absolutely beautiful and I had so much fun. B and M are 7 weeks old, and big sister A is 4. Poor Jess and Steve aren’t sleeping much, but these girls are worth the sleepless nights. It was great to hang out, take some pics, and catch up a little 🙂 Here are a few pics from today. Sneak Peek of Baby A

Baby A is only 10 days old, but is a big baby already 🙂 She is nearly 10 pounds and 22″ long! Little A fought sleep the whole 3+ hours that I was there, but she didn’t fuss much at all. She was a sweetie! Her parents were wonderful and oh so patient. Baby A is their first and they are just so in love with her. She’s a doll! Enjoy the sneak peek 🙂 I hope that you like the pictures.

She had at least one eye open the entire time. In this one she was acting very sleepy, but that eye stayed open to let me know that she wasn’t really asleep 🙂

Baby L Sneak Peek :)

I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest little newborn girl today. Baby L will be 3 weeks tomorrow and is as sweet as she can be. Her mom brought her out to me which gave mom a nice excuse to get out of the house. I can’t wait to do portraits with baby L’s big brother and sister too. I’d also like to thank Baby L’s Daddy for his service in the US Navy!Enjoy the sneak peek!

 

We Are Loving the Sun!

It’s hard to believe that it feels like spring in WA and it’s only February! We are taking full advantage of the sunshine and spending as much time as possible outside. Here are a few recent pictures of my girls outside, as well as one of my friend’s cute little girl. Sunlight and longer days are definitely making me happy 🙂

I am still booking maternity and newborn sessions with no session fee and 50% off of prints for moms due in February and March. Newborn sessions are done within the first 2 weeks with the exception of preemies who can be older for obvious reasons. Maternity sessions are best done between 30-35 weeks, but can be done anytime between about 28 weeks and delivery.

I am also looking for high school seniors who are interested in being 2009 senior reps for me. You will receive a free session with lots of bonuses for referring friends. I am looking for male and female reps from South Kitsap, Central Kitsap, North Kitsap, Bremerton, and Gig Harbor. Book soon for the best deals!

All other sessions are on special as well! My session fee is $50 with a $50 print credit, and prints are discounted too. Price changes are coming within the next few weeks. You will receive the pricing as it is advertised when you book your session.

Twins!!! Sneak Peek.

I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful family who just had their second set of twins. The girls are just as cute as can be! They were so funny because they did not want to be placed next to eachother, so getting shots of them together proved to be quite a challenge. They were fun though!
